Informing and leading creative teams about trends in different markets, and customer preferences.
2018 Oct- 2021 May Chief Marketing Officer, Karesi Tekstil, Bursa, Turkiye Worked as CMO to transform company from domestic market orientation to export orientation. For this purpose recruited new export sales people participated exhibitions and include many customers in company’s customer base. In addition prepared a feasibility report to invest in mattress ticking production with investment, production, sales and marketing aspects and this investment is realized by the company. 2008 Aug – 2018 Sep Sales and Marketing Manager, Boyteks Tekstil, Bursa, Turkiye Worked as Sales and Marketing Manager and reported to CEO directly. Prepared annual income budget, set sales targets for different sales regions and supervise it to make sure targets achieved. Transformed the company from domestic market orientation with over 95% of revenue generated within the country to export oriented company with over 90% of revenue was generated from export activities. Lead the design office and sales team together to meet market requirements.
