Beta Technologies is a start up in the Advanced Aircraft Mobility (AAM) industry, with primary focus on manufacturing ECTOL & EVTOL concepts. Beta is striving to be the first official FAA certified 100% Electric Aircraft. In parallel Beta is in full production and sales of Electric charging stations across the continental U.S.

Change Management-

ØStood up an internal Beta Change Review Board (CRB) with key personnel within the organization to be able to make immediate decisions on Engineering changes for each Program.

ØDeveloped Delegation of Authority to define specific thresholds for both CRB and Pre-CRB, to Lean out the decision making process.

ØLiaison between Engineering and the functional business units, I built internal tracking modules within their ERP system and in parallel built manual spreadsheets to track changes, where the current ERP system fell short. These tools were then used to properly communicate the complexity, magnitude and timeline of proposed changes.

ØBuilt bridges to amongst internal disciplines to properly control the ambiguity in the change process and build solid Implementation Plans for execution.
