Change Management-
ØStood up an internal Beta Change Review Board (CRB) with key personnel within the organization to be able to make immediate decisions on Engineering changes for each Program.
ØDeveloped Delegation of Authority to define specific thresholds for both CRB and Pre-CRB, to Lean out the decision making process.
ØLiaison between Engineering and the functional business units, I built internal tracking modules within their ERP system and in parallel built manual spreadsheets to track changes, where the current ERP system fell short. These tools were then used to properly communicate the complexity, magnitude and timeline of proposed changes.
