Process & Systems Optimisation: Revamped warehouse, returns, and dispatch processes, reducing return handling times from 30 to 10 days and introducing dashboards, automated reports, and NetSuite enhancements for improved visibility and efficiency. Inventory & Stock Management: Led the first full warehouse stock count in three years over 3 warehouse buildings; implemented structured count tracking, improved item labelling, and redesigned the warehouse layout to improve space utilisation.

Key Achievements – Admin Manager, Averge Technologies Sales Dashboard Development & Reporting: Conceptualised, built, and rolled out a custom sales performance dashboard for the Energy Department, which was later adopted company-wide across all four divisions. Utilised Excel pivot tables and slicers to create interactive dashboards that managers could easily update with exports from NetSuite Oracle. Enabled each division to review key KPIs by time period and category, significantly improving visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision-making speed.
