More than three years of experience as a Housekeeper/General Helper.

Highly skilled in operating a variety of mechanized cleaning equipment.

In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods and products.

Proven ability to plan and manage work schedules for major tasks.

Strong understanding of safety precautions in housekeeping services.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Housekeeper

SODEXO CVL BC — 2023–2024

Clean and maintain all living areas and rooms, including the front entrance, sleeping quarters, hallways, washrooms, recreation rooms, and utility rooms.

Complete daily bed counts after cleaning and sanitizing, ensuring compliance with camp accounting procedures.

Empty garbage containers, dust, vacuum carpeted areas, and wash non-carpeted areas.

Change linens weekly or as required.

Maintain inventory of housekeeping and cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

General Helper

Sahaba Restaurant, Edmonton, AB — 2022–2023

Coordinate daily with the Chef or First Cook regarding work and cleaning assignments.

Prepare, serve, and replenish hot and cold food items, beverages, desserts, condiments, fruits, and accompaniments.

Assist with serving food items during meal times.

Sweep and mop floors in the dining room and food service areas.

Reduce food spoilage and waste through proper handling and storage.

Stock and replenish food service items, including cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups, and condiments.
