I updated Accounts in the System. I dealt with Homeowners and Board Members on a day-to-day basis. I sent out Mailers that needed to go out to the communities and anything else that needed to be done I did it. I moved up to front office manager I took care of the Office. I ordered supplies and updated the systems in the computer. I made sure everyone had everything to get a job done. And any other needed management Duties that needed to be done. I also went to classes for my CAM License.

I proof read Scripts that needed to go out for shows and movies that were coming out. I worked with Buenvista Home Entertainment one on one and helped get Scripts out on time. I helped rewrite Scripts that needed to be rewritten. I left this Job because they moved.

To Aug 2005 Robert Williams Associates Encino, CA. I was a Receptionist I answered Phones, Filing, made Deposits, Data Entry, ran errands, talk to the Clients one on one got them ready for meetings. And did whatever else the CEO needed to be done. I left this Job because CEO retired and Business was closed.
