Utilizing my knowledge on my phone to navigate the instacart shopper application, where I receive orders that I can accept or decline orders. Once I accept an order it provides me customer information and what to shop for, I scan each item customer request to ensure it is the correct item. If the item is not available, I notify the customer and substitute as needed. I then check out and pay for items. Either deliver items ordered to customers or stage in staging area where I print labels and store notating the app where the items are located for customer to pick up.

I used my customer service skills in cash handling checking customers out or assisting on self-checkout. Assisted in maintaining the store stock and cleanliness of the store. I would assist in the kitchen preping, cooking, packaging and labeling fresh cooked food offered in the store. I would aslo assist in skimming the ice cream machines, topping off when needed and filling the yougart bar and would also assist in the roller grill items and making sure the condiment bar was stocked and cleaned also.

I stocked as merchandise came in off the truck or vendors and as items extra became low on the shelf that needed restocked.
