Complete daily JSA, mange tool room efficiently in a clean and safe manner, issue and receive tools, clean and inspect tools and equipment, inventory and order all tools and consumables. EXPEDITOR/MATERIAL HANDLER/IRON HELPER/WAREHOUSE

Receive and check in structural steel deliveries, maintain structural steel inventory, label and flag steel by job number, organize steel in iron laydown yard, Delegate steel loading and delivery to proper job site, make up bolts, read prints. Receive, organize and expedite pipe, flanges, valves, gaskets, consumables and bolts for construction projects. Expedite HDPE pipe. Receive pipe check for damage. Manage consumables inventory in warehouse. Fill material request and deliver to the field as needed. Maintain min/max inventory list. Manage inventory for multiple tool and rod rooms. Manage welding material inventory.

OFFICE CLERK/CRAFT ADMINISTRATION

Perform office duties such as answering multiline phones, copy, file, mailing, maintain employee and client files, assist in payroll and time management. Construction office and business office. Work with supervision to accomplish shift tasks such as writing job permits and JSA. Human resource task such as completing employment documents and new employee training. Ordering consumables and purchase orders. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook.
