Currently working as Allocation Specialist (CSR) at Information Solutions, NJ (Jan 2017 - Current). Major job duties are:
• Communicate daily with sales, operations and logistics departments to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders based on specific vendor requirements for various accounts such as Kohl’s, Walmart, Bealls, Burlington, Five Below, Ross, Marshalls and TJ MAXX etc.
• Provide assistance with all aspects of order life cycle to resolve issues, including order entry, allocation and shipping, tracking and potential errors in delivery and billing
• Supervise a team of data entry personnel to ensure order entry efficiency and accuracy as well as customer service related follow-up duties
• Run and analyze a series of daily and weekly reports and proactively address areas of concern
• Resolve customer inquiries / concerns professionally and in a timely manner
• Follow up with imports and receiving department to ensure that incoming shipments are available as quickly as possible, prioritizing order of receipt.
• Liaison between warehouse, production, merchandisers and sales.
• Track EDI orders 850/860, making sure all transmissions are valid and correct (order change & PO date management) by communicating with sales and other departments.
• Issued work orders to meet buyers’ requirements (UCC labels, UPCs, Price Tickets) and follow through.
• Successfully completed FEDEX/UPS integration project with warehouse & our system.
• On boarded and shipped successfully to many new customers including Kohl’s, Vet Canteen, Chewy.com,99 cents etc.
• Saved lot of chargebacks but providing needed backups and ensuring needed guidelines are followed. Worked with Meccademia Education Institute, DUBAI as HR Executive for 2 years (Nov 2014 – Oct 2016). Major job duties were:
• Hiring for Teachers, Center Managers, Admin, Drivers, Head of Department etc. for the institute.
