Team Leadership –Practice Principal and Services Capability Director, (2015-2020) Collibra Inc. Responsibilities included development of Data Governance practices and processes for Customers. Led support of Sales and consulting teams, including development and delivery of advisory presentations and solutions to Customers, and growing the Professional services teams. Senior lead of metadata maturity and repository team in the Data Governance program; enhancing strategy, technology and standards. Created data stewardship training guides and facilitated training for semantics, analytics and privacy/security business stakeholders. Provided Data Governance and data quality related consulting to 2 large financial services firms in both Charlotte, NC and London, UK. Working directly with internal CDO Directors, established data governance policies and processes and well as the governance organizations. Target objectives to improve compliance and security concerns, as well as BCBS 239 regulations. Directly responsible for defining technical processes and Metadata architectures for those firms. CNET Networks, Inc., VP, Data Warehousing and Data Architecture 1999-2001

Provided vision and leadership to meet operational and executive management requirements, as well as analytical research across over 200 websites. Established working relationships with each business unit and created a senior executive committee for analytics. Upgraded infrastructure and staff to support the vision and business needs while under spending budget by $2 million in FY2000. Planned and managed 2-4 projects per quarter. Projects included click-stream and marketing analytics for web sites. Increased business usage of MicroStrategy and Business Objects to 10,000 reports/month (from 300) and integrated reporting into the business process and management of over 200 major web sites. The team won 2 national DW awards during this time. A leading self-service MicroStrategy and Informatica client and provided seminars at the User Groups of both firms.
