-Design and execute an annual, comprehensive events strategy. Manage the planning and execution of in person and online meetings and events. Collaborate with the leadership team to conceptualize, plan, and document milestones and targets for events supporting TDCs goals. Handle the operational timeline of each event and all logistics, work with marketing to develop plans for event promotion, sourcing third parties and vendors including hiring temporary work staff if needed, securing accommodations for guests and staff, prepare budgets, manage expenses, process invoices, and identify expectations of stakeholders, vendors and TDC leadership for each event. Research and book venues, organize suppliers, caterers, staff and entertainment, oversee registration processes, run every event, oversee set-up and breakdown, and deliver post-event debriefs. Organize and produce TDC’s flagship Summit, manage monthly power hours, and create happy hours, fundraisers, webinars, Galas, and oversee all third-party speaking engagements for TDC staff. –Managed strategic planning and execution of Nasdaq hosted and sponsored events for three business units. Developed in person, virtual, and hybrid events. –Developed and hosted events for North American clients and prospective newly listed companies to meet with individual and retail investors. Oversaw every aspect of the event from marketing, registration, sourcing and negotiating venues, and contractors. Secured presenters, negotiated contracts, chaired the event and delivered opening and closing remarks. Developed sales plans and signed public companies as media clients. Specific duties included: created program content design, development and quality control, speaker recruitment, coordinated logistics, and on- site management. Senior Conference Director, Legal & IP, World Congress January 2012 – May 2014
–Produced and oversaw full production of the legal and IP events while doubling the 2012 - 13 budgets. Developed webinars and two-day in person events, obtained CLE accreditation, researched conference topics, recruited executives and secured keynote speakers. Managed event logistics, on-site inspections, contract negotiations and was point of contact for the hotel and suppliers.
