Removal of an old water tower, Cooling tower and chiller operations and upgrades. Roofing, Painting and concrete restorations. Repair carports form Hurricane damage.

Community Management HOA- Current 1516 private homes. All day-to-day operations, develop budgets, vendor management, bids, problem solve and property oversight of all aspects in regards to operation of a Home Owner Association. No admin assistant. Report to over 3000 people a day. Follow All required State Statutes and Association Rules & Regulations, and declaration.

Responsible for all maintenance, oversee many new construction projects with a special assessment Bidding processes to present to The Board for approval. Review all insurance policies, and all vendor contracts. Oversee a cattle land lease and bidding process creating $24,000 a year income to the community. Manage within community Documents and Federal & state guide lines. Make future recommendations to the community and Board for maintenance and community improvement projects. Operate heavy equipment as needed. Train employees and owners with first responders with fire equipment and trucks.

Hack Construction Company 1985 – 2012 Owner of a general contracting company in Ohio for residential and commercial construction. New and remodels of homes and commercial buildings including working with other contractors and vendors for all services relating to each project as needed.
