OBJECTIVES

Teaching different styles of music to guitar students and helping them understand music theory as it relates to the guitar and piano.

WORK HISTORY

Jazz guitarist for the Diplomats of Jazz, the Lazee River Band, David Hansen Quartet concert series, and Thousand Eyes Band.

December 2008 - Present

Teaching guitar to various students throughout San Diego. Concentrating on technique with intense application to ear training.

March 1990 – Present Home Studio

Demonstrating all the unique features and sounds of the new pianos and organs in the store by performing various songs and instrumentals.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Two fugues, several inventions, and minuets written in the style of Bach. Several jazz compositions and numerous copywritten popular songs. As of October 1998, two lyrical compositions published.
