SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
●Conducted audits, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify benefit invoice discrepancies in systems following earlier migration from professional employer organization (PEO) to Paylocity; ensured full coverage and facilitated benefit renewals at Hello Bello.
●Co-directed digital transformation from concept to launch, reviewing details of request for proposal (RFP) and selecting new vendor for first time in 40 years at Bell County; partnered with applicant tracking system (ATS) to roll out electronic orientation and achieved better coverage for less cost while creating efficiencies and supporting organizational growth.

Director - Human Resources
Serve as the Human Resource Executive implementing the first HCM for the County, including business process evaluation and transitioned paper drive processes to a fully automated onboarding process resulting in improved efficiencies as well as enhanced services supporting over 1300 full time employees and up to 500-600 part time employees.
Partner with Elected Official and Department heads in performance improvement, employee management and supervisory development.
Create tools and visibility for County Leaders for employment related data previously unavailable or not tracked.
Ally to incoming Elected Official and newly hired/appointed Department Heads to ensure alliance with County policies, procedures and/or guidelines.
Evaluate Benefit RFP for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverages to provide an exceptional benefit package to employees.
Facilitate Employee Financial and Mental Health Wellness Education tools to add value to the employees benefit programs.
Create training and educational opportunities to employees of all levels to expand knowledge of County provided tools, such as Workday LMS, and learning opportunities.
Compensation evaluation and study to successfully increase employee compensation to a point where lower wage employees received over a 15% increase, as well as relative evaluation of compensation on a more regular basis.
Operate and continuously improve Human Resources service offering to the County with a minimal staff, while creating opportunities for learning and development for the Human Resource team.
HELLO BELLO / Waco, TX 2022–2023
Human Resources Director
Serve as partner to executive leadership, developing HR plans and strategies that support organizational business objectives while increasing employee engagement across 3 facilities with 175 full-time and approximately 100 temporary workers. Facilitate employee and manager relations across manufacturing and fulfillment teams. Work collaboratively to establish strong HR presence since joining the Waco facilities. Leverage deep understanding of culture, diversity, and drivers impacting positive employee experience to devise policies, revise schedules, set framework for staff augmentation, and ensure appropriate management of benefits.

BELL COUNTY / Belton, TX 2020–2022
Director - Human Resources
Developed and managed team of 3 HR professionals and coordinated with payroll department. Oversaw benefit enrollment of 1,200 associates. Onboarded and processed 10-20 new hires bimonthly. Brought knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and best practices to organization and ensured compliance. Authored policies for newly established laws and presented policies to courts for approval. Navigated challenges posed by pandemic, drawing upon excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage remote workers and facilitate transition back to office.
