Foreign Military Sales Taiwan Analyst

Employed by the Great Seneca Nation and assigned to the contract with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Headquarters element. Serves as a Foreign Military Sales expert on the Taiwan team. Responsible for tracking all Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Funding (FMF), and Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA) involving all military equipment shipped to Taiwan. Coordinates with all military services (Implementing Agencies) as well as Taiwan officials to ensure proper and timely shipments to their destination. Responsible for reviewing Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Letters or Request (LORs), DSCA 18-18 Denial Letters, 1348's, and all other documents involved in the sale or transference of military equipment.

FMS Team - Senior Threat Analyst

Employed by CACI and assigned as a Senior Threat Analyst to the FMS (Foreign Military Sales) team; an integral part of the US Army Reprogramming and Analysis Team (ARAT). Responsible for the collection of current intel as it relates to EW Emitters that are a threat to US Aircraft. Combining that collected intelligence into a program to be uploaded into radar boxes, and finally, the testing of that equipment before it is sent out to our end users. Also have a strong ability to teach. Responsible for the development of presentation used to train foreign pilots on how their radar systems work, and reinforcement training of their TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).
Duties include the creation and review of Threat Analysis Specifications Sheets and the analysis of threats. Served as the lead tester.
Chosen over piers to travel overseas to train foreign pilots on general EW principle, and train them on how the radar boxes work within their assigned aircrafts.
