Contract Attorney (Part-Time Position) 2020 – May 2025
•Drafted and negotiated various agreements to support the academic and business operations of the University, including master purchase agreements, academic affiliation agreements, consulting contracts, SaaS agreements/software licenses and confidentiality agreements.
•Drafted and negotiated various agreements in connection with the sale of the University’s downstate campus properties resulting in significant operating cost savings for the University.
•Provided support for the University’s compliance activities and managed their 2025 conflict of interest disclosure reporting requirements.
