Hired on at seventeen as a team member, quickly I began getting promoted until my last six months while the business was open I was the assistant manager, but the last two months I was also the acting general manager.
Because of my wide range of roles while at Blaze Pizza, I am extremely good at managing a diverse group of people, costumer service, payroll paperwork, schedule making, organization, and leadership to always push better sales and the best service we can offer!
This is a per semester job, you get into it by recommendationby a teacher and you get to do an array of tasks like copying papers, recommending books, proof reading assignmemts, tutoring other students, and interacting with a lot of different people! This job gave me a new aspect on customer service, because I was used to fast pace be nice to everyone, whereas at this job I got to spend a good amount of time with people and actually get to know them.
As a guest service representative my job is to check in and out guests, but also resolve any issue they may be having, persuade them into joining our rewards program, and just be a kind face so they will continue wanting to stay with us.
This job is purely for the guests, my intent is to be a kind and helpful asset to their stay weather that is fixing any problems they may have at the hotel, but also recomending places, directions, anything they need
