● Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO), Immigrations & Customs Enforcement (ICE) contractor, providing a variety of support for the Immigration Hearing Facility (IHF) with a capacity of 300 migrants daily, for the Migrant Protection Protocol (MPP) program.
● Responsible for creating court dockets in concurrence with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the ICE ERO Office of Chief Counsel (OCC).
● Maintain a close working relationship while working alongside and communicating with four federal agencies including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, both the Office of Field of Operations (OFO) and the United States Border Patrol (USBP), as well as Federal Protection Services (FPS) and ICE ERO
● Obtain, distribute, and process legal documents, as well as ensure all courtrooms have sufficient applications and appropriate documents for each migrant if needed.
● Provide assistance to 12 immigration judges as well as their staff, as needed for each migrant case presented in court.
● Maintains a record of a wide variety of legal documents for hundreds of migrants who present themselves at the IHF.
● Verifies and inspects for accuracy/legitimacy, an average of over 70 legal documents daily that are turned in by migrants to present before an immigration judge.

● In October 2020, I was one of six CSOs who was selected for a special detail to the ICE ERO office in Laredo, TX, out of 52 CSOs that could have been chosen. I currently provide clerical support for the ICE ERO office that entails answering phones, receiving/distributing mail, receiving/screening visitors, advising supervisors when attorney offices need clearances, filing clearances, checking facility rosters, locating detainees for family members and/or law firms. I also provide assistance for the Criminal Alien Program (CAP) unit and the Fugitive Operations unit includes conducting proper searches of detainees, maintaining detention log books to policy standards, providing detainees with water/food, providing detainees with phone calls before departing, ensuring the well-being of detainees while in custody, obtaining fingerprints from detainees, and checking detainee temperatures.
