DATE OF EMPLOYMENT
48forty Solutions is prepared for you to start on or about May 21, 2025. COMPENSATION
Your starting hourly rate will be $15.00 for training, and after your first 60-days of employment you will transition to piece rate. Your piece rate compensation would be the greater of $15.00 per hour or $.30 per pallet, less applicable payroll taxes and withholdings, in accordance with the Company’s payroll practices as amended from time to time. As a piece rate position, the more pallets you repair and/or build the greater opportunity you have to increase your take home wages.
