• Visit the factories and warehouses of clients’ suppliers to perform on-site quality inspections. The inspection process includes a visual inspection, functional testing, packaging checks, and any other steps as detailed in respective procedures.

ECCO Global Shoe Production and Sourcing – Indonesia, Feb 2018 – May 2020 Reporting to QA Global Director at ECCO Shoe Production PTE. LTD., Singapore, controlled for production and sourcing group, where is the own production facility located in 6 countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Slovakia, and Portugal. ECCO headquartered in Denmark.

• Provided audit plan and performed audit yearly of assigned material and service suppliers that are approved by the Head of Group Corporate Responsibility (GCR) for Code of Conduct

(CoC) Supplier audit and Director of Group Quality Assurance for Supplier Quality Assessment

(SQA) audit.

• Responsible for the agreement of appropriate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans with suppliers and follow-up on the completion of agreed CAPAs within agreed timelines.

• Ensure that all audit related documentation is communicated out within the targeted timelines and that CAPA related documents are reviewed and responded to within targeted timelines.

• Ensure that all data associated with the supplier assessment and audit report are kept current based on currently available information provided by uploading into the ECCOnet portal.

• Develop, share best practice and quality know-how, and educate suppliers according to ECCO standards and requirements in terms of Compliance and Quality System to minimize or eliminate business risk.

• Assist Group Quality to identify problem occurs related to quality issues and do the investigation in suppliers.

• Suppliers audit done 100% completed as a target with an agreed action plan for corrective and preventive action (CAPA) report in both of ECCO Code of Conduct (CoC) and ECCO Supplier Quality Assessment (SQA).

• Increased score and level category of 5 assigned suppliers by developing, coaching, and guiding them in 2019,

3 suppliers remaining in the SILVER category with increased their score

2 suppliers increased the level from BASIC to SILVER and GOLD categories.
