2006-2009; Alacera International: Vice-President, Strategic Channels. Alacera was the firm that authored and developed the world’s first US DHS endorsed Security Master Plan Reference Architecture - SENTRIX - for global Safe Smart Cities; the precursor to today’s US DHS Safety Act/ QATT Certifications and Accreditations. Alacera primed a Consortium that consisted of: Ridge Global (the first US DHS brain trust), intelligence and security firms. 2007-2009, This Consortium, in 2008, was awarded the SMP for King Abdullah Economic City, which was the template city for the other 5 Saudi Economic Smart Cities. In addition to Saudi Arabia, I was was the Commercial Lead for the Lusail Smart City proposal in Qatar, and the Diplomatic Quarter in Cairo (purported to have become the inspiration for the blueprint to move the Embassies from Cairo to NAC)
