ADAC is a safe-haven after-school program for at-risk children and adolescents in the community. As a program administrator, I maintained a filing system and answered the phone's direct messages. Maintained databases for funding sources, and reconciled invoices to funders. Additionally, I’m responsible for the documentation of appointments incoming and outgoing, and data entry assignments related to clinical development updates. Monthly meetings required for follow up on improvement or changes and yearly training classes when necessary. In addition to that, I have mentored, tutored, and participated in projects with children ages 5 to 17. In addition to that, I provided hands-on experience with the children in the after-school program where we implemented group lessons about FASD, bullying, monthly awarenesses, etc.
