Reference shall be made to the pre-accounting activity for which the subcontractor is requested. Verifying the correctness and compliance with the subcontractor of the Insurance Policies provided by Subcontractor, also involving INSURANCE and STM, if Necessary.It is with great satisfaction that we inform you that we are diligently monitoring invoices and payment conditions, as well as verifying and approving the accounting sheets with the utmost care and attention to detail. We are meticulously reviewing and summarizing the accounting sheets received from the construction subcontractor, based on the internal accounting sheets issued by the technical functions.
Making sure that the summary of accounting sheets prepared by construction subcontractor, is always updated with the last revision of the issued for construction drawings.
Checking the relevant quantities and amending/revising the accounting sheets in case of new dimensions.
Preparing amendments to the subcontractor as documents and controlling contractual and legal implications during the performance of the Subcontract requesting the possible impacts on the efficacy of The Subcontractor.
To be involved, if necessary, Subcontract Administration Management in negotiations with subcontractor, with references to contractual analysis and damage notice or request and closing of existing subcontracts.
Managing claim evaluation management process either issued to SUBCONTTRACTOR or received from Subcontractor, also involving Subcontract Administration contractual management if necessary.

-Assist SAM to prepare and sign the tabulation for the subcontract amendment showing the current situation of the subcontract and the issues to be included in an amendment even if there is any implication to the prices and this tabulation shall be approved and signed by PD/PM and SAM responsible.
-Assist SAM to Prepare a draft of the amendment to be submitted to SAM responsible for approval and final agreement with the Subcontractor.
-Proceed and defines the main criteria for handling subcontractor liquidated damages (also defined as penalties) as defined in the contract ; and, to defines the main criteria of handling back charges to subcontractor and vendors and providing a formal method to recover from subcontractor/vendor a certain sum of money and subcontractor/Vendor cannot or refuse to correct deficiencies

Before authorized construction subcontractor to issue the first invoice for the advance payment if allowed by subcontract, we shall receive from subcontractor a copy of the Advance Payment Bond and the Performance bond and shall verifying that the aforesaid bonds comply with subcontract requirements and the originals have been delivered to the address specified
