Some of my responsibilities included cashing checks, making deposits, printing cashier’s checks while answering calls from customers.
It was also my responsibility to order or ship money to/from the Federal Reserve and keep a record of vault transactions to tellers and the ATM. I opened personal and business checking and savings accounts, CD’s and IRA’s. I was also tasked with entering information for wire transfers.
I also ran various daily, monthly and semi-annual administrative reports.
I get along well with customers and make them comfortable by providing information they need to make decisions with their money.
I pride myself in being thorough in my paperwork and always balancing at the end of the day. I don’t mind staying later if need be to get the job done. I also have my notary license and stamp.
