PW305- Designed 3 stage power turbine, introduced honeycomb sealing, conceived turbine retention scheme for power turbine, conducted thermal steps and gaps analysis and first to model PW305 external engine 3D using V2 Catia This work all translated to PW300 series engines
PW209 Turboshaft engine- developed near net shape turbine blades with minimal machining with Howmet Japan, first to model turbine blade 3D solid model with V2 Catia, presented PW200 combustor design to PW conference
JT15D5- Solved transfer tube leakage problem situated in the power turbine shaft, analysed electronic fuel shut-off system for shaft shear situation.

My Tenure at Magna Powertrain
2011 – 4 yrs Senior Design Engineer
Designed a number of variable displacement pumps for OEM RFQ. Prototype to production.
Designed a two stage PRV. Designed two stage solenoid and valve system.
Worked on electric driven pump. Integrated electric motor and pump combination.
Designed fixtures to test pump and components.
Developed a number of concepts which were patentable but were not pursued at the time.
Increased my experience with NX and learned about automotive product development procedures.
