Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership to Outsource production operation of Noyon Lanka
Collaborate closely with lace, warp knit facilities, and dye houses in China to meet outsourced production requirements.
Established and streamlined process routes for various lace & warp knit designs to achieve 100% targets on capacity, quality, delivery timelines, and cost objectives through outsourced route—from product development to finished goods.
Offer guidance and direction to address non-conformities in both pilot and bulk outsourced production, ensuring adherence to quality parameters and aesthetic standards.
Oversee the China-to-China full production outsourcing model, ensuring it meets business expectations for quality, cost, and timelines.
Active member in establishing new operating models in Indonesia aiming to expand the company’s global footprint and improve cost efficiency, lead times, and innovation.
Proactively identify new suppliers for yarns & Greige through an extensive professional network, exploring new machinery types and cost-effective methods to enhance the lace business.

Preparing strategic plans for sourcing team for raw material requirement for future.
Development of various yarn types as per the internal requirements and as per the customer specifications of the final product.
Working experience with viscose, Polyester, Polyamide 66, Polyamide 6, specialty yarns with their key parameters, processing techniques & costings.
Yarns & their properties such as TPM, Filaments, counts, texturing processes & lusters. Hands on experience with yarn properties & their effects on fabrics.
Supplier negotiations & involved with supplier developments to meet company requirements.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods into the third-party logistic provider and other destinations
Manage Supplier performance in relation to the businesses delivery requirements criteria & introducing new suppliers & raw materials for production.
Regularly report on deliveries benchmarking against the service level agreement, providing analytical data to enable decision making.
Liaise with the Planning Department, Supply Chain, the Client and the Third-Party Logistics provider to keep all parties informed of developments throughout the supply chain.
Co-ordinate requirements for the outbound operation, ensuring timely receipt of goods, manage the stock flow and minimum inventory levels are replenished.
