From commanding over 150 personnel in Texas to leading real-time COVID-19 crisis response for all U.S. Forces in Korea, I have consistently turned complexity into clarity and setbacks into solutions. Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with high-stakes missions, including managing millions of dollars in medical equipment, reviving failing departments, developing medical plans for combat zones, and creating award-winning training and recognition systems. As Executive Officer of a large dental health command, I reversed an $ 800,000 deficit in less than a year by overhauling logistics, rewriting Standard Operating Procedures, and fostering a culture of accountability. As Chief of Current Medical Operations during the height of the pandemic, I coordinated across multiple commands to ensure uninterrupted care, emergency response, and patient movement throughout the Korean Peninsula.

I am not only operational—I am also educational. I earned the Army Instructor Identification Badge while serving at the AMEDD Center and School, where I trained the next generation of military medical leaders in Medical Evacuation, Mass Casualty operations, and large-scale health planning. I also hold a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and am completing my Doctorate with a 4.0 GPA, with published research in faith-based leadership. My Lean Six Sigma Black Belt has allowed me to drive continuous improvement in every unit I’ve led.
