decades of experience in property management and the last 13 years in professional cleaning

at an institutional level, I offer a strong blend of hands-on housekeeping knowledge and senior-

Most recently, I have spent the past 13 years working as a house and residential cleaner for

West Chester University Off campus housing, where I have handled supporting a high standard

of cleanliness and sanitation across student residences and academic facilities. This role has

deepened my ability in daily cleaning operations, safety compliance, supply management, and

quality control—critical elements in managing a successful housekeeping department.

Prior to that, I held several senior property management positions, including at William Penn

Realty, where I successfully increased property occupancy from 46% to 95%. Across roles at

Creek Road Marimont Apartments, Central Lumber Management, and Dalmont Realty, I gained

comprehensive experience preparing annual budgets, supervising maintenance, and cleaning

crews, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing building systems through outside

contractors. My work has always emphasized operational efficiency, team coordination, and

delivering clean, well-maintained spaces to clients and residents.

In addition, I served as a board member for the Apartment Owners of Delaware County (AODC)

from 2005 to 2009, advocating for best practices and helping to shape policies in property

operations and maintenance.
