The thread that runs through my varied jobs is that they required a similar skill set, listening, problem solving, empathy and attention to detail. Ability to change and "roll with it" is one of my strongest traits. I started in the travel business with a family owned travel agency in Washington State.. We sold the agency after the airlines cut commissions. During the years working as a Travel Agent I grew to love computers, which resulted in classes at tech college and an A+certification for hardware and software and CIW -certified webmaster., and my first "call center" experience working for Dell on their help desk.
