Work with the Vision and Vehicle Route Planning System (VRP) daily, ensuring that delivery areas are assigned properly for delivery drivers to complete their daily assignments and create extra routes if necessary.

Process Geo-codes, kick-outs, address corrections and final VRP closures.

Worked with MC-55’s and driver scanners –resolved issues when driver scanners crash, or when MC-55’S, or ring scanners will not function properly. Ran updates on equipment to ensure proper data was installed. Also, closed routes using the MC-55 to assist in the dispatching of P&D drivers.

Complete, assign and issue pickup listings to drivers/contractors to complete daily customer pickups.

Worked with CPC to ensure that driver’s complete pickups in a timely manner to continue customer satisfaction. Input data into system for dispatching line haul drivers, close trailers prior to dispatching.

Updated load plans and charts. Business discussions with various Entities. Assist drivers with any delivery issues to include setting up their scanners, print manifest (if needed), contact customers for directions to their location or for more delivery information, and address corrections.

Assist and delivered packages to customers whom came to the terminal to pick up their package(s). Process settlement transactions and adjustments in CDAS on settlements that contractors may not have received pay for.

Assist Service Managers with terminal reports and safety topics. Create daily safety flyers for drivers. Safety committee member.

Set up potential applicants on computer to apply for driver positions.

Assist customer service with customer call-ins to locate packages.

AS400, rental automation and reconciliation of rental invoices, entry of line haul logs.
