JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
Submission of Quantity verification packages (QVP) for approval for the executed works; by preparing measurement sheets, take-off sheets, polylines and drawings, as supporting documents for the QVP.
Prepare IPA or billing summaries for the approved QVP packages
Track the Rate Acceptance Form (RAF) vs. Work Order issued by the Main contractor.
Preparation of Interim Valuations and finalizing with client for payment.
Update the commercial sheets, QVP log, QS sheets on daily basis
Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project.
Preparation and summaries of all measured works.
Maintain a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
Prepare the weekly efficiency reports of Electrical work after inspecting from site and submitted it to the Manager.
Coordinate with the QC engineers for the works not yet covered in terms of Work inspection requests (WIR) and material inspection requests (MIR).
Update the summaries for approved RAFs vs. approved/certified amounts.
Prepare Bills of Quantities as per the Architect and/or the client requirement. Taking Measurements from drawings as per International Standards.
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies. Identify, Analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
Assist to prepare and analyses costing for tenders.
Assist to analyses outcomes and write detailed progress/cost reports.
Value the completed works at site or relevant.
Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
Responsible for reviewing the tender documents and MEP specifications and requirements.
Responsible for coordinating MEP drawings to prevent any design conflicts or issues.
Understand the implications of Health and Safety regulations.
Generating MEP Queries bases on the missing details in the Tender.
Responsible for developing the subcontractors' scope of work and contract agreements.
Responsible for Preparing MEP Qualifications based on the given details in the Tender.
Post-Contract
Attending all site meetings on high importance & attending to clients queries.
Commercial and contractual management of contract including BOQ's, review of application for payment based on site visit, progress, variations, claims, etc.,
Identify the terms and conditions of contract, interpretation of project specifications, drawings and scope of works.
Generating the potential variations based on addition and omission to the scope of work, alteration to the
Contract drawings and specifications.
Assist the head of contracts management in the preparation and negotiation of change orders and the identification of potential changes (Variations).
Tracking the change management control process as instructed by H.O.
Collect all relevant data and information to support the claim process.
Assisting in Preparation of Financial report to submit the clients and concerned departments.
Prepare the Monthly Interim payments based on the approved Work inspection Requests.
Prepare the list of Additional scope of works from the project and prepare the budgetary cost proposals
followed by the detailed cost submission
