Additional Information
• During all medical transcription jobs, also did side jobs in other areas of transcription/editing in order to build skills, including a book by a psychiatrist and other assorted work types. Continued to gain skills in working with difficult speakers, becoming the person to whom jobs were given that no one else could do. ESL (English as a Second Language) speakers are a specialty.
