Receptionist/Admin assistant/Secretary

I have joined Pro-design, an engineering company, where I worked as an admin assistant, secretary, and receptionist l. During my time there, I developed many skills, primarily how to multitask effectively, manage time efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. I was responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. Additionally, I provided support to various departments, which allowed me to gain insight into the day-to-day operations of the company. This role strengthened my ability to work independently while also being part of a team, improving both my communication and organizational skills. Overall, my experience at Pro-design has greatly enhanced my professional abilities and equipped me with the tools to handle a wide range of administrative duties. 4

SOCIAL LIFE

I also have a passion for helping people. I joined a senior citizen federation where i was an active member providing companionship and emotional support to elderly members. I was organizing and participating in outings.

I was assisting with meal preparation and servings during gatherings. I was helping with transportation for seniors to attend appointments or events. This has significantly enhanced my interpersonal skills, and I take great pride in performing such a noble task.
