Responsible to ensure that all aspects of the day-to-day operations are functioning at optimum levels to deliver the highest quality services to our guests. Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
Listening to guest concerns and ensuring all issues are dealt with urgently

See to it that all arrival guests are settled in.
Follow up with Front Desk and PBX departments for any guest related issues that need resolution
See to it that all planned functions are executed.
See to it that all restaurants and bars are fully functional
See to it that all staff transportation arrive and leave on time.
Prepare reports for following day’s operations.
Run reservation reports
Prepare and anticipate for any emergency or medical needs that might arise.
Conduct property audits and checks.

I have also worked in conjunction with the human resource management office/team at my current place of employment in assisting with recruiting and selecting potential candidates for employment throughout the resort for various positions.
