Transcribes physicians’ order to resident charts, kardex, medication cards, treatment/care plans, record and sign their orders, progress notes, etc. in accordance with established policies
Chart nurses’ notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident as well as the resident’s response to the care
Records new/changed diet orders and forward to the Food Service Department
Performs routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation of policies and procedures
Reviews medication cards for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of the physician’s order, and adherence to stop order policies
Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct, Business Ethics policy, HIPPA, and Safety Policies including documentation and reporting responsibilities
Assists in maintaining and meeting consumer’s health, occupational, social and emotional goals
Assists consumers in maintaining a clean and pleasant home by performing basic housekeeping and deep cleaning duties
