Chick Fil A is one of the fastest fast food places to deliver their food to customers. I have to work fast, be consistent and organized with my job. I was allowed to move on to a higher position as a trainer where I get to help the new employees learn all the areas and their function, to communicate with my coworkers and work as a team. I am able to learn how to multitask. I learn something new each day and I am able to adapt pretty easily. By working in a kitchen, there were many responsibilities to handle, we also practiced safety rules and how to keep the food in good quality, as well as serving it fresh to customers.
