Second largest company in the world according to Forbes as of 2010. Founded in 1892 in Schenectady, New York. Louisville plant was opened in 1951 producing washers and dryers.
Retired from GE September 2023. Experience in all five buildings that manufacture appliances. Warehouse experience in special work projects concerning repairs. Extensive training in safety throughout my tenure. Several years experience manufacturing all products produced at Appliance Park. Training documentation upon request (ex. Six Sigma, Health and Safety, etc.)

Van Hoose Education Center (Substitute Teacher, full time) 1989-1991 Meyzeek Middle School 1991-2000 In School Security
Initially began as a substitute working with on call status daily. Was requested by administration at Johnson Middle School for full time status at the school (1990-1991). Worked as full time faculty conducting tasks such as lesson plans, progress reports, and final grades. Experience allowed an opportunity to work as a full time middle school teacher facilitating all subjects including special education, behavior disorder, and physically handicapped students.
Took position as In School Security at Meyzeek Middle School in 1991. Position responsibilities consisted of physical presence 7:00 am daily for faculty, staff, and student safety.
Monitored building and grounds during school hours. Cafeteria duty on a daily basis. Transportation monitoring of students and buses arrival and departures daily. Secure all classrooms doors and physically walk entire building daily. Conduct fire drills on a scheduled basis assuring safety of all persons exiting the building (handicapped, etc.). Provide security for after school events such as basketball games, concerts, parent teacher conferences, etc. Attend required in service seminars and training held at various locations throughout the city. All other duties requested by the principal.
