ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations of the plant.

• Responsible for the overall direction of manufacturing operation and reports to Plant Head.

• Prepare daily/weekly production & dispatch plan to ensure on time execution according to meet our monthly goal.

• Daily review with team for strategic planning and resolve their daily issues related to drawing, manpower, machine, material and other resources.

• Monitor manufacturing process and identify gaps in operation procedure at all period of time. De- bottleneck the gaps to achieve higher levels of production and efficiency.

• Implement various problem solving and continuous improvement process and culture within the plant by driving training on Lean Manufacturing and other related tools.

• Drive 5S (internal) audit and motivate team to eliminate wastes through kaizen, suggestion, and in-house improvement project.

• Perform root cause analysis and Implement preventive/corrective actions to remove any deviation in quality, safety and productivity.

• Knowledge of various lean tools i.e., SOP, KIZEN, OEE and other tools to drive lean manufacturing with ease and success.
