Manage and track jobs in work order system

I handle all billing.

Posting accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Calculate and prepare national bids for retail customers. I use the customer platforms to upload and submit bids, including Ariba.

I am also the internal operation manager and I work directly with the Director of National Facility Management. I track all jobs, assist in management of area managers, prepare weekly customer reports, order supplies and equipment repairs a needed and at his direction.

Boswell Commercial Flooring – Centerville, VA- Mar 2001 – April 2004

Owned and operated family floor company specializing in commercial and residential flooring installation to include carpet, hardwood, vinyl, tile and laminates.

I was also a licensed Realtor in the State of Virginia during this time which was an excellent fit for my flooring company.

Service Force Management – Dulles VA – 15 years.

I handled A/P, A/R and payroll. Work directly with the operations manager to assist in any bids that needed to be prepared.
