•Manage employee salaries, promotions, and allowances. Prepare quarterly, monthly, and annual reports and updates.

•Create and maintain balance sheets for client payroll contacts and reconciled payrolls.

•Gathered and systematized compensation payment data. Improved documentation by redesigning all spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel, eliminating unnecessary elements, and increasing functionality.

•Rewrote the data gathering process for Lilly which enabled higher accuracy, speed, and manageability.
