Tom was first introduced to Real Estate early on when he worked in the family business, managing and maintaining rental properties. In 1987 he went to work for a major Caterpillar dealership managing Parts and Service Departments and Facilities. Tom had then gone on to business development in RV Parts and service business as well as to Cummins Truck Engines. Tom has utilized his experience to specialize in business development and process improvements with the prime focus on increasing productivity and profitability. Throughout Tom’s career he has sat on several manufacturing and business development advisory boards as well as government municipal boards and state foundations. In 2011 Tom put his full time focus on his career in residential and commercial real estate.
Tom’s strong commitment to community support he held the office of Mayor of Burlington, Colorado from 2000-2004. He was able to bring my business experience to work in City to improve and increase services and financial reserves during my term. Tom also spent many years coaching and mentoring our youth through Boyscouts of America, Kiwanis, Future Farmers of America, Little League baseball, football and wrestling.
