● Mc Pherson Kansas QC /STO, Turner- 2012-2015: Walk packages insure they were complete per spec and then call the client to sell off the package to insure that all punch list items were done. Make sure all blind were installed per blind point as drawing. Witness hydro made sure they were holding before calling third parties to make sure no leaks use proper gauges and equipment for test pressure. Witness blowdown on system and 30 packages make sure packages were properly prepared for hydro. Verified that package was reinstated after hydro then ReWalk package with client to get them to sign off completion of packages. Inspect flange pipe for cleanness, witness torque and sign off on torque sheet. Verified all valves and equipment had proper tags as per drawing and bill of material.
● Supervisor, Sygenia Turner- 2015-2018: Work off TPSL, meet with operations, and find out when unit will be released for work, coordinate jobs for foremen, order materials, tools, and equipment, meet with client given timeline and progression of job.
