Southwest Key Programs is a Texas-based nonprofit organization that operates shelter facilities for unaccompanied immigrant minors and immigrant youth separated from their parents.

Case Manager Responsible for assessing cases, sponsors, and families to provide a thoughtful recommendation for safe reunification. Responsible for the submission of children’s service plans, case reviews and updates and other assessments required for compiling a comprehensive case file and uploading accurate and timing information on Southwest Key Programs (SWK) and Office of Refugee Resettlement designated web-based programs with supporting documentation and maintained in physical files of those minors assigned in my caseload.
