Educator with 10+ years in early learning, from classroom teaching, to administration, to higher ed instruction. I am looking to grow professionally, seek new challenges. and apply my skills to a new position. I am a natural for any “helping” profession, and I’m seeking meaningful work in education or social service, or client support/customer service. Education

Effectively and intentionally create environments that promote all domains of learning, including furnishings, materials, visual aids, sound and lighting, ensuring practices consider diversity, equity and inclusion, and physical and emotional safety.

Collect, evaluate and utilize data to develop weekly, individualized and group curriculum.

Document and make visible, children’s learning. Ongoing research and study of child development.

Host/teach zoom classes for higher ed students in Intro to ECE and Learning Experiences. Effectively communicate the expectations, assignments and clarify student questions.

Using Google Drive, and Microsoft Office products, collaborate, create and deliver group presentations every six weeks on various topics from trauma informed care, to homelessness, to a variety of education and social service topics. 20 hours ACE's trained caregiver, in mitigating trauma.

Event Planning: Tapestry Conference, FVHS Grad party, including Fundraising, from cold calling to online platforms, to planning for, requesting and acquiring a grant from the Cowlitz Tribe for an early leaning project.

Conflict resolution with children and adults

Advocacy, advocate verbally and in writing for vulnerable people’s needs and rights.

Familiarity with medical terminology, client advocacy and HIPAA/FERPA
