Overseeing accounting functions, budgeting, construction, development and maintenance of the real estate projects. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the costs and demand for residential/commercial development projects. Worked closely with city/county and municipality officials, engineers, and contractors to plan, structure and promote major real estate development projects. Arrange financing for construction projects. Managed portfolio of 300,000 sq ft retail centers and office buildings.
