CTI is a software, systems engineering, and operational support corporation that provides engineering, and system development and support.
Program Manager
Fulfills a critical role directing programs for military clients, with accountability for scope development, schedules, budgets, and internal controls to achieve all milestones and deliverables. Credited with delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading to increased satisfaction and additional contracts. Supervises up to 48 direct report technical leaders, managers, engineers, and QA personnel, as well as the performance of several subcontracting companies. Administered a combined budget in excess of $53 million.
Outstanding results, managing 15 concurrent programs at times, with competing and overlapping priorities and multiple stakeholder perspectives representing more than $46 million in IT engineering projects.
Introduced formal project management standards and a program management workflow that sparked substantial gains in efficiency and productivity ranging from improved resource management to contract growth and expansion into the millions of dollars.
Scope of work includes requirements analysis, performance management, risk mitigation, expense management, and quality assurance across all programs ensuring programs continued to perform for the customer and make returns for the company that aligned with strategic vision and growth designed by the program team and approved at the C-Suite.

As a Technical Program Manager for the CTI supporting the Department of Defense used SalesForce on a daily basis to manage and track opportunities from lead to close. SalesForce was used specifically for Opportunity Tracking, Proposal Management, Sales Forecasting, and Closing Deals.

The United States Marine Corps is the maritime land force service branch of the United States Armed Forces responsible for conducting expeditionary and amphibious operations.
A demonstrated record of success and achievement, marked by a series of promotions to positions of increased influence, authority, and accountability.
Marine Raider – SIGINT // Special Activities Manager
Executed seven deployments, overseeing the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion, Special Operations Joint Task Force in Afghanistan, as well as the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force in Iraq. Overall, supervised more than 120 direct reports engaged in the execution of over $1.5MM in contracts to construct training sites, administering more than $20MM in operating budgets.
Operationally controlled, managed, and forecasted over $22,000,000 in sensitive program funding geared towards leveraging assets to be used to conduct sensitive Counter Terrorism Operations.
Programs required constant oversight, time management skills, and an ability to interact with a broad group of people from local citizens to General Grade (and equivalent) officer.
Maintained detailed records for all activities conducted, funds spent, gear purchased, and construction costs for site improvements.
Extensive travel associated with the development of a new program that included manning, equipping, and procuring logistics for an international environment.
