Led end-to-end project management for the installation, commissioning, and startup processing equipments

Including electrical & instrumentation systems.

Involved in Piping Installation, Commissioning of Steam Pipes, Water pipes. Proper line Supports as per drawings, using P&ID's, Piping Isometrics, GA drawing.

Involved in Engineering, Planning, Design, erection, Pre commissioning and commissioning Static and Rotating Equipment’s

Managing the installation and commissioning of machines and Equipment’s as part of project and

coordination with vendors for execution of projects.

Manages the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site

development project against delivery commitments and project plan.

Monitoring the implementation of execution activities and ensuring the development and review of

appropriate plans,procedures, and programs for effective execution.

Responsible for Planning and execution of all Commissioning Activities Rotating and Static Equipment

Responsibilities including engineering and designing, project management, costing, budgeting and

global compliance Managing and coordinating the activities of engineering staff including training,

employee development,

Responsible for the planning management, execution and implementation of site projects inclusive of

the day-to-day project management,scope management,issue and risk management,as well as

regular status reporting.

Prepare and implement project execution plan review the project schedule along with the project planner.

Pre commissioning and commissioning activity done as per procedure - Flushing, hydro testing, cleaning, inspection, calibration, alignments, vibration, leakage checking to be done.

Follow Piping Engineering codes and standards (ASME B31.1, B31.2,B31.3,) Proper line Supports as drawings,

using P&ID's, Piping Isometrics, GA drawing, follow welding(WPS), stress relieving and testing as per

standard procedure,Follow proper internal cleaning and hydrotesting to be carried out as per standard, All

spring supports to be set as per standard procedure.

Area of Exposure and Expertise: -

Experience in FEED, Projects in Oil & Gas, Refineries and Petrochemical Industries. Area of Expertise: Design

Engineering (Mechanical) and Project Management.

Project Management, Review Scope of work, planning of manhours, monitoring and contr ol the .progress,schedule. of work, Budgeting., Conducting Weekly Progress review meeting, Progress reporting to COMPANY and Management. Interacting with Contracts.

Safety & Compliance: -

Perform regular plant health & safety audits facilities, machine, and safety equipment to identify and

highlight.potential hazards.

Ensure safety measures are necessarily followed by the team and take initiative to enhance to

enhance acceptance of safety.

Report and Prepare RCA (Root cause analysis) in case of accidents..

Ensure compliance to the norms under ISO, OHSAS.

Ensure all contract workers are adequately trained with respect to EHS.

Develop and implement HITRA in Plant

Having experience for all types of Risks management like job process site work permit and work

permit

Follow the Safety procedure (PPE) during working at site.

Quality Assurance / Quality control: -

Monitoring and ensuring that the quality of work assigned is excellent and complies well with the

same norms.

Ensuring that test and inspections are preformed, wittiness and documented in accordance with

approved procedures.

Health and Safety: -

Utilizing safe work practice and following directives, policies, and procedures for assisting and

maintaining a health and safe work environment as outlined in the intranet Safety Manual.

Ensuring strict adherence to customers safety rules and corporate safety policy.
