Served as the Pretreatment Coordinator for the City of Richardson. Liaison between POTW’s such as the City of Garland, the City of Dallas, and the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) and seven (7) industrial user facilities.
Composer of a complete rewrite of the City of Richardson Industrial Pretreatment Ordinance and Industrial Pretreatment Program. Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), critical forms, legal authority with escalation as well as other policies and procedures.
Coordinator and author of the City of Richardson Stormwater Management Plan. Coordinated staff from all City Departments in collection of data and enforcement of MS4 Phase 2 Level 3 Stormwater Management Plan.
Participated and passed Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Pretreatment Audits representing the City of Richardson in coordination with City of Garland and North Texas Municipal Water District.
Coordinator of the Stormwater Management Plan during TCEQ Audit of the City of Richardson Phase 2 Level 3 MS4 and passed with no deficiencies.
Conducted food inspections for food establishments to ensure they are in compliance with TEFR.
Investigates and conducts quality control inspections of food service establishments, schools, daycare centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and other residential, commercial, or industrial property for compliance with health ordinances.
