Description: After the merge of Charter communications with Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Bright House Networks (BHN), there was a need of migrating user data across Databases to a single Database for IVR usage. Data migration was critical since accurate IVR data was essential to identify customers based on their Line of Businesses, company and other user specific information. Responsibilities:

Preparation of Data mapping sheet after gathering information stored in the company database.

Data comparison / Data analysis of the information stored in Source and Target Databases (worked on Netezza and Teradata DBs).

Identify data gaps and work with the respective teams and stake holders to identify and fix the data issues.

Worked as a part of ETL processes and Job runs.

Description: AAD (Advance Agent Desktop) is the client-side application that currently functions as a portal to bring together disparate tools and capabilities within a single interface and provide a more user friendly efficient process to manage customer interactions. New enhancements in terms of releases takes place every quarter and QA Team runs both the Functional and Regression testing for every release and provide the sign off. This portal helps the trouble shooting Agents to meet the SLAs since they can get the entire customer’s information in one place.

Responsibilities:

● Understanding the business requirements and its impact on existing requirements if any.

● Team management and assigning tasks. Review of the day to day deliverables.

● Involved in preparation of Business scenarios, Test conditions and Test cases for the module.
