Supply Chain Manager, Beckman Coulter, San Jose, CA July 2024 – May 2025 Danaher subsidiary that produces comprehensive diagnostic testing solutions

● Managed a team of 8 staff members consisting of professionals in Procurement, Production Planning, Warehousing, Shipping & Receiving, where I was responsible for the development and growth of my staff.

● Created and maintained several Supply Chain metrics to track Inventory balances, material shortages to Production Plans, MRB, and Excess and Obsolete stock. Reviewed monthly with Senior Management.

● Successfully reduced Inventory by rescheduling supplier deliveries to match future needs.

● Developed and implemented processes to review potential excess and obsolete inventory, which involved working closely with Finance, Engineering, and Sales. Identified over $500k in potential scrap (~10% of inventory).
