Multinational Norwegian Corporation - Aluminum Mining and Refinery Director – Board of Directors / Human Resources Director (Nov 2014 – Jan 2022): Developed nationwide Human Resources solutions and lead Company’s initiatives for 10,000 employees. As part of Norsk Hydro’ Executive Committee, managed crisis and provided HR foresight on issues and priorities emerging in an extremely complex labor environment under a hard economic scenario. Drew and implemented good practices and opportunities that brought significant and competitive advantage. Represented and guided the Company during 2017’s Embargo suffered by the Company negotiating with high level politicians in Congress. Multinational South Korean Company – Appliance and Consumer Electronics Human Resources Manager (Oct 2001 – Apr 2006): Appointed by the Samsung-Brazil’s President to the position after the largest strike suffered by the plant and one of the largest in the state, based on a successful career as Maintenance Manager, associated to leadership skills, deep network, and profound knowledge of the Company’s culture. Provided valuable insights into Human Resources, softening cultural differences between management and plant workers and creating a stable work environment.
